AbouT Abby…
I’m Abby—a coach here at Project Progress,
a lifelong mover, and someone who’s deeply passionate about helping women step into their strength. Growing up,I explored all kinds of sports—track, soccer, cheerleading—always trying to find
what truly lit me up. But no matter what I tried,
I always found my way back to dance. Ballet
became my foundation and taught me discipline, body awareness, and grace. Still, I was searching
for something deeper—something that
felt like home.

"ThaT search led me To The gym. STrengTh Training
opened a door I didn’T know I needed. For The
FirsT Time, I didn’T jusT feel graceFul — I FelT
powerFul. ConFidenT. Free."
Lifting became more than just movement—it became a passion,
a purpose, and eventually, a calling. In 2023, I earned my NASM personal training certification because I knew I wanted to help other women feel that same shift—to not just change how they look, but how they live.
That desire to help others has always been a thread in my life.
I’m also a licensed pediatric occupational therapist and group fitness coach—roles that have shown me the impact of meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as
they grow. Whether I’m in a gym or a classroom, my
mission is the same: to support women in becoming
the most confident, capable version of themselves—
mentally, emotionally, and physically.
I took my passion for movement, my love for growth, and
my inner strength one step further by stepping into the
world of bodybuilding prep. It pushed me in every
way—physically, mentally, and spiritually—but it also
shaped me into the woman and coach I am today. It
taught me the power of discipline, the beauty of
perseverance, and the importance of showing up
even when things feel uncomfortable. Most of all,
it gave me the ability to lead with deeper empathy,
clarity, and heart—because I know firsthand what it
means to pursue something bigger than yourself.
And through every chapter of this journey, it’s been my faith
that has grounded me. My relationship with God is the reason
I lead with purpose and serve with intention. It reminds me that this work isn’t just about fitness—it’s about transformation from the inside out. It’s about stepping into the identity you were created for and walking confidently in that purpose.

on progress you’ve already made—I’m here
to walk with you, support you, and remind
you that you’re capable of more than you
think. You don’t have to do it alone. I’ll be
right here cheering you on every step
of the way.
Let’s do this—together!
