I believe we are all a work in progress…

Hello hello, I’m Jess,
The SHE-E-O (CEO) of Project Progress.

I believe we are all a work in progress… And that’s where our power lives.  There
is so much strength in knowing that every
challenge we’ve faced has been a training
ground for the woman we’re becoming….
A woman with more confidence, resilience,
fight, fire, passion and purpose.

Every good story has a beginning, a middle,
and an end. God wrote our beginning, and
one day, He’ll meet us at the end. But the
middle? That’s where the magic happens. That’s where we evolve, break, rebuild, and find beauty
in the in-between.

At Project Progress, that’s what we honor
most, the middle.

This is my middle. My story. And the story
of Project Progress.

The days behInd us builT our sTrengTh;
The days ahead will reveal iT.

My journey didn’T sTarT in sTrengTh,
iT sTarTed in
desperaTion To Finally Feel “enough”.

At sixteen, I joined my high school track team thinking that losing a few pounds would make me feel better about myself. But what started as a simple fitness goal turned into a battle for my life. Within months, I fell into the depths of an eating disorder that stripped me of my health, my joy, and my self-worth.  I was disappearing in every sense of the word, until one day, I realized that shrinking wasn’t saving me.

So I decided to rebuild.

That led me to find bodybuilding.  For the first time, I wasn’t chasing smaller; I was chasing stronger. And as I grew stronger, I wanted to
see just how far I could go.

And while I didn’T know iT Then, This
is when I found my purpose.

When I began competing, I thought it was about the stage, the lights, the medals.

But somewhere between the early mornings, the long preps, and the countless moments of doubt,
I realized what I truly loved about the process, wasn’t the body I was building, but the woman inside of it.

Because the truth is, every rep built more

than muscle. It built resilience. Every prep

taught me patience. Every challenge forced

me to choose between quitting or becoming stronger, and every time, I chose stronger.

That’s when I understood: fitness was never

my finish line. It was the foundation for

everything else.

IT TaughT me how To believe again.
IT TaughT me how To rebuild when liFe Fell aparT.
IT TaughT me ThaT There’s noThing more powerFul Than
a woman who knows she is capable oF more.

I went on to compete in 13 competitions, becoming a 7-time national competitor and earning top callouts for two years straight at just 19 and 20 years old.

And in the middle of that, between
the preps, the posing, and the pursuit
of progress, I launched my coaching company.

Because somewhere along the way,

I realized that this was bigger than fitness.

This was purpose.

And that purpose became
Project Progress.

ProjecT Progress, and The creaTion oF This company
wasn’T handed To me; iT was FoughT For.  And righTFully
so, ThaT’s whaT progress is all abouT.

There was a season where I almost lost it all.
A season that stripped me down to my core and forced me to meet the strongest
version of myself.  And a season full
of tests that took everything I’ve built
and asked if I still believed in it when
it’s gone.

I did. No matter the challenges
of building this business, one thing
remained true: my purpose. I started this company to prove what progress truly means.  Fitness had already taught me what to do
when the world feels heavy: Show up
anyway. Push through. Build again.

And through it all, I learned that the way you
do one thing is the way you do everything.
The same strength that got me through the hardest days in the gym is the same strength that rebuilt this company. Strength is strength. Period. Once you build it, it shows up everywhere.

Here’s whaT I know: The belieF you build during a FiTness journey
will carry you Through every oTher parT of liFe. All iT Takes is one
Thing To prove To yourselF The sTrengTh you already have. You can choose ThaT momenT… or liFe will choose iT For you. When you
choose iT, you win, noT jusT in FiTness, buT Forever.

Since its creation, Project Progress has helped over 600 women rediscover their strength — inside and out. And while our impact has reached women all over the world, our heart has always been for two kinds
of women:

The first-time competitor — the
woman brave enough to step on
stage for the very first time, chasing
a dream that once felt impossible.

And the woman who’s lost her
spark
— the one ready to not just
rebuild her body, but the woman
inside of it.

Project Progress was born from the
lessons that changed my life — that
strength starts within, that progress
is never linear, and that every woman
deserves to feel powerful in her
own skin.

This isn’T jusT anoTher coaching company, iT’s a brand

builT by women, For women.

And iF you’re reading This: This is where your belieF begins.
This is where you become.
